Habits gone in a couple days?!

Can your habits disappear in a just a couple days? Doesn’t that take 30-90 days of intense effort?! Not anymore šŸ˜‰ We just had to share this Case Study with you!

We were recently given the ability to clear/install habits as well as emotions and beliefs and were over the moon with the implications. There were instances for our Gamers where the emotion was completely cleared, but theyā€™re feelings didnā€™t always reflect that in deeply ingrained habit situations.

Let’s take ‘Anger with Others.’ We had cleared the emotion and beliefs around Anger with Others, but some were still having angry responses to stimulus – like telemarketer calls and electricity billing issues – never fun! What we told you before is that you had to choose a new response to the stimulus, choose a new action to re-enforce the clearing. After all, you do have some work to do!

However, in the past week there was another huge upleveling of the planet and we can now clear habits directly. So we can clear the habits around ‘Anger with Others’ and install empowering habits around the emotion so that our Gamers can not only feel more relief, but change faster.

We’ve been experimenting with this new ability all week and we’ve seen marked improvement in the Gamers that volunteered to Guinea Pig for us (how were they chosen? They emailed when they were having a problem and in investigating the problem, we were given this solution and they received the testing first. LNG is a team sport folks!)

Some Gamers noticed that their habitual anger response is already completely gone:

ā€œI think I have noticed a difference. I donā€™t recall getting angry at all this past weekend or even on Friday evening. For example, went out to dinner with my wife and:

1. Had to wait to get a seat (not unusual), but felt very little annoyance.

2. And then we were put at a table that was in an odd location, but just accepted it and decided to enjoy the weirdness of its location.

3. The menu did not have the prices of the alcoholic beverages, which I did get a small bit of annoyance, and put the waitress to the test of telling me the prices, but actually in a fun way (more or less), then just cut to the chase and ordered the drinks.

4. Later, a young couple with a baby was seated next to us, another situation that I usually get annoyed, but again, I decided to go with it and even tried to silently send some ā€œloveā€ over to the couple and the baby. The couple was actually a bit stressed, but the baby was OK and did not fuss. They ate quickly and were long gone before we were done.

So just that baby situation alone would have caused me some stress, irritation and anger even last week, but this time, I just let it flow and enjoyed the evening. And the rest of the weekend went smoothly as well. – Jamesā€

We love how the Universe put James to the test just a couple days after the balancing and he rose to the occasion naturally, as if the habit of Anger with Others has never existed!

At the very least, some of our Gamers have noticed a little space, an extra breath, before the response, where they have been able to consciously choose how they will respond. As you likely know, conscious choice is the first stage towards mastery and unconscious competence, so they are now well on their way!
