Beyond Mindfulness?

“You have the brain of a long-time meditator,” Dr. Ron Bonnstetter, Sr. VP of Research & Development for TTI Success Insights, said. I was surprised and delighted to hear that from such an expert, because while I had given up on serious meditation years ago, I’d been suspicious that the mindful state I’d been enjoying the last year seemed quite similar to what I had heard about the benefits of many years of meditation.

That’s why I had come to TTI, the behavior experts, to get my brain hooked up to their EEG for testing. I knew my levels of awareness, calmness and presence were dramatically better than they had been less than two years prior when a debilitating illness got me very serious about clearing mental and emotional garbage. I’d gotten so serious, that I researched and tried everything and ended up developing my own method of clearing debilitating emotions and limiting beliefs.

Now, don’t get me wrong. A “long time ago in lands far far away,” I tried to learn to meditate [Yoga, Transcendental Meditation, Mindfulness, Guided, Silent, Rainbow, etc] For decades, on and off, I’ve tried to meditate once or twice a week. The problem is, I just always fall asleep. I used to joke that I’m going to take a “medinap,” i.e., going off to meditate, but knowing I would most likely fall asleep, or nap. I almost always slept.

So, when Dr. Bonnstetter did his analysis (with similar results to the scans in the 60 Minutes clip – click here), I was delighted to discover that my brain scan was consistent with that of a serious, long-time meditator. I now had scientific proof of the difference getting rid of that baggage makes!

And while it took me 18 months for intensive research and testing to develop the process with my partner, I also knew that what used to take us months to clear for ourselves, clients and their teams, we could now clear all those emotions and limiting beliefs in six weeks or less.

I’ve dropped hints about our progress in emails lately and some of you have been emailing me back asking for our secret. Some joined our beta testing group. Some became corporate clients, using our secret for their teams. Well the testing is done and we’re finally ready to unveil what we’ve been up to. So…
