We’ve decided to add a new series for fun where you can submit leaders that you think are World Class and we will share the leaders who are truly World Class.
Here’s where the idea began:
I was reading my Motley Fool Stock Advisor newsletter in which they discussed RPM International. Here is what they printed. It is a quote from their vice president of strategic planning:
“You can sell your company to RPM on a Friday and show up on Monday morning and nothing has changed. There’s no RPM logo on your building. We haven’t obliterated your management team. We haven’t rebranded your products, and we haven’t destroyed the culture.”
Such a World Class statement caught my attention and led me to the question: Is Frank Sullivan, CEO of RPM International a World-Class leader?
So I checked on the CEO, Frank Sullivan, whose philosophy is simple and effective:
“Hire the best people you can find. Create an atmosphere that will keep them. Then let them do their jobs.”
That philosophy and strategy is consistant with what we’ve taught at Enlightened Leadership for over 27 years, so I was eager to see how close the CEO was to world-class by our Life’s New Game standards.
World-Class Level of Consciousness must be over 800:
Frank Sullivan: over 850
World Class Anger Scale must be 1 or less on a 10 scale:
Frank Sullivan: 1
World Class Caring Scale must be 95% or more:
Frank Sullivan: 97%
World Class have Number of money issues = 0 (has nothing to do with how much money
they have so much as how they SEE money)
Frank Sullivan: 0
World Class must have %Invisible Mask remaining = None:
Frank Sullivan: None
So, we acknowledge Frank Sullivan as a world-class leader, 🙂
